Tips for Hiring Clowns
Ask other parents who they have used. Referrals are always great.
Check to see that the clown is experienced in working with your age group.
Take your child to see the clown perform at other parties or events.
Ask the clown to explain exactly what he/she will be doing (does the clown sound professional?)
If you have a young child, do not make the clown visit a surprise. Prepare your child by looking at pictures of clowns and reading stories about clowns.
